Chicken tortillas with yogurt
Chicken tortillas with yogurt
Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • Olive oil
  • 2 peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 250g Kri Kri strained yogurt 10% or 2% fat
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Cumin
  • Curry
  • 1 pack of tortillas

Method
  1. Chop the chicken into cubes of chicken and fry it slightly.
  2. Cut the onion, the tomato and peppers into large pieces and add them into the chicken.
  3. Pour in the spices and let it be cooked by adding water.
  4. Bake the tortillas for 15 min.
  5. Spread yogurt and the filling with the chicken onto the tortillas.
  6. Wrap them and serve them.
