Yogurt Pancakes
Yogurt Pancakes
Ingredients
  • 200gr strained yogurt Kri Kri 2% fat
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of water

Method
  1. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, salt and sugar.
  2. In another bowl beat the eggs with a fork. Add the yogurt and mix well.
  3. Toss the mixture in the large bowl with the flour and mix using your hands. Add slowly the water (without stopping to stir).
  4. When the dough is standing on a spoon is ready.
  5. Fry in plenty of oil. Each pancake is a spoon of dough.
  6. Flip them when they are starting to get large bubbles on the top and are starting to firm up around the edges.
  7. Serve with honey or marmalade and fresh fruits.
